Dolls, dolls, and more dolls can be found at the 2023 World Doll Day event at the North Carolina Museum of Dolls, Toys, and Miniatures located at 108 4th Street in Spencer, NC from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is a free event open to all with early access for Museum members. Quite a few Madame Alexander dolls will be for sale throughout the event.
